We no longer service full-size front load laundry units that are STACKED.
We DO NOT service window or wall air conditioners, humidifiers or dehumidifiers.
We DO NOT service commercial appliances.
We DO NOT work with any Home Warranty companies. If you have a Home Warranty, you will need to pay us directly and determine the best way to be reimbursed by the warranty company. We will not call the warranty company, write the warranty company, fax|email the warranty company or speak to the warranty company. It is the homeowners' responsibility to complete any paperwork that the warranty company may require. We will provide you with an invoice that states what we diagnosed, what we did during the repair, what parts we replaced and what we charged in an itemized format . We only deal one-on-one with the homeowner.
